TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR PURPOSE (T.R.O.O.P.)

The Youth Leadership Initiative (T.R.O.O.P.) Taking Responsibility of Our Purpose support and implement evidence-based strategies across schools, neighborhoods, and juvenile systems to reduce teen gang affiliation and promote safer, more resilient communities. Our program integrates the use of certified DISC assessments to identify behavior styles to promote self-awareness, improve decision-making, build resistance to gang recruitment and promote positive peer relationships.
